This article describes the five conditions for a credible Fax Lists sustainability promise. Among 1,001 respondents, research by market research agency MarketResponse and b-open , in collaboration with IVRM Reputatie, shows that consumers rate companies' sustainability communication as insufficient. About two-thirds (67%) believe that companies' sustainability policies are generally unclear.
